Refund Policy

Any orders not picked up or changed on the date will not be refunded. 
As we prep our dough 1-2 days ahead, we would need 48 hrs notice for a full refund to be issued – this will be the case for regular orders

For large corporate orders or events – a longer period would be needed as staffing and cost of ingredients will play a part in regards to your order. Please email us at [email protected] if a refund or credit/change for the order is needed.
